Hello Michael, I had never seen your website before. I just discovered a set of portraits and they're really touching. You went to several places in Asia but the way you look at people and kids is always the same, with calm and profound respect. I appreciate it very much. I hope you can continue to make your art for a long time.

These are wonderful, you do a great job composing your shot. I like the low angle of the beggars and the high contrast really makes you feel strongly about your subject. Nice.

Michael, You have a real gift in drawing out your people. Their eyes say so much when they look at you , curiosity and mischief, wisdom and acceptance, wonder and longing, contentment and amusement, pride and defiance... those eyes give it all up for you. They look so comfortable with this man and his camera and there is a sense that they want to show you who they are. How do you do that? It's wonderful.
